Here is a series of our ball handling drills via our mates at Southland Basketball Association, where we challenge you to beat the coach/player in completing as many of the exercises in 30 seconds. Please film yourself completing the drill, post it on the Southland Basketball social media channels, tag us in the post and use the hashtags #30secondchallenge #stillballin #wethesouth.
We hope you have fun and of course better your handle!
